When competing against multiple other offers, my buyers get the leg up by working with me in writing an introductory letter to the seller, expressing why they fell in love with that home. I have included a photo on several occasions to accompany the introduction. After being chosen as the best offer candid conversations with the listing agent reveal how much weight those letters carry.
